if you want to choose between c++ and c#, go with c#. it will force you to write more clean and error-free code.
Reply:Definately not Visual C++ or C#. In fact if you are making such a program do you think the Microsoft Platform is good choice? What would happen if your software BSODs? I would use a combination of C and LISP. C for accessing the sensors that measure brain activity/signals and LISP for processing the raw data into something meaningful.
